What is HUBIX

A network. Not a fleet.

HUBIX is Sri Lanka's person-to-person delivery network — the shipping backbone for the shops that sell on WhatsApp and social. We don't own the trucks. We connect what's already here: shops become Hubs, people already travelling become Connectors, and HUBIX routes the flow between them. One package, person to person.

A network, not a fleet

No trucks of our own. We connect the people already moving across the island — and let them carry.

The order-desk for your shop

Keep selling where your customers already are. HUBIX is the shipping backbone of every WhatsApp and social shop.

Trust is the product

Vans and apps, anyone can buy. What they can't: a track record of parcels that arrived, in the hands of people you already know.

How HUBIX works

One package. Person to person.

A parcel travels through people, not warehouses — and a routing engine makes the match that ties it all together.

SYSTEM // SENDER → HUB → CONNECTOR → HUB → RECIPIENT
01 · Sender You Drop at the nearest Hub
02 · Hub Drop-off Taken in and stored
03 · Connector Transit Carries it Hub to Hub
04 · Hub Destination Stores it, notifies the recipient
05 · Recipient Collects A quick QR scan at the Hub

The recipient needs no account — a WhatsApp note is enough. This is the outcome, confirmed — not a dot on a map chasing your parcel down the road.

SYSTEM // ROUTING INTELLIGENCE — THE MATCH IS THE PRODUCT
A live diagram of the HUBIX network along the south-coast corridor from Galle to Matara. Hub nodes light up, a parcel is matched to a route, and a capacity meter fills while never exceeding five aboard.
GA·001 UN·002 TG·004 AH·003 WE·006 MI·008 MA·009 routed ✓ HUBIX-1-483-XXX

The intelligence is in the matching: the right parcel meets the right person going the right way. Galle to Matara is the first corridor — carried by a rider, a tuk-tuk, or a seat on public transport already making the trip. No one carries more than five. This is a schematic of how the engine thinks — not a live map of your parcel.

Why we do this

Everything was already here — 22 million people, corner shops on every street, phones in every pocket. Everything except the network connecting it. So we started building one — not for Sri Lanka, with Sri Lanka.

German precision. Sri Lankan heart.

HUBIX is built where the two meet — the discipline and engineering that make it just work, and the trust, warmth and people that make it Sri Lankan. Not a foreign company dropped onto the island — a Sri Lankan network, built to a higher standard.

We are all one.

And a better Sri Lanka only counts when it's a better Sri Lanka for everyone.

The heart of it

Take away the routing, the Hubs, the app, and one thing is left: HUBIX is here so people can earn on their own. A shop counter. A trip down the coast. An hour between other things. A living you make yourself, from what you already have — not a handout, not charity, a way to earn that's yours.

A company, on purpose.

We're a business, and we mean to be — not a charity, not a donation drive. Something that only gives and never earns runs out of money, and runs out on the people who leaned on it. We're here to grow the community, and the only way that holds is to earn our keep and stand on our own. Every parcel pays its way — and that isn't the opposite of doing good. It's the only way the good lasts long enough to change anything.

Sri Lanka moves Sri Lanka.

Every parcel a neighbour carries is one this island no longer needs an outside service to move. The more of us carry, the less we depend on anyone but each other — and the trade stays here, in the hands of the people doing the work.

Not borrowed. Built for this island.

We didn't take a model from somewhere else and set it down on Sri Lanka. HUBIX is shaped around how this island actually moves — corner shops, tuk-tuks, a seat on the bus or the train. Something that only works here, because it was built here, with the people who live it.

A different kind of logistics. No trucks, no middlemen — we route what's already on the road, so most of what a shipment earns stays with the people doing the work, and stays in the country.

Built with Sri Lanka, not for it. A network built by the people who move it — neighbours moving parcels for neighbours, not a faceless company. When you do better, we do better.

Trust is the only thing you can't copy. Anyone can buy vehicles. A record of parcels that arrived, handled by people you know, is earned — one handover at a time.

We can't go alone. We grow with Sri Lanka; Sri Lanka grows with us. A network built together doesn't need to shut anyone out — every connection makes us all stronger.

→ The direction: Galle, then the south coast, then island-wide — a road we're walking, not a date we're selling.

Every parcel that arrives makes the network stronger.  —  HUBIX

How HUBIX changes lives

Everyone moves. Everyone earns.

Shops become Hubs. Drivers become Connectors. The island keeps moving — and now it gets paid for it.

Income where people already are

You already move through Sri Lanka

So get paid for it. Every trip you're already making down the coast can carry a parcel — riders, tuk-tuks, a seat on the bus or train. You keep most of what you earn.

Your shop grows without a warehouse

A corner shop becomes a Hub

Selling online no longer means solving shipping alone. A little storage and fixed hours turn a neighbourhood shop into the drop-off and pickup point for everyone around it.

A network that doesn't shut people out

Built for how Sri Lanka moves

Not a closed fleet with a hiring gate. A network anyone already on the road can join — every new Connector, every new Hub makes all of us stronger.

Built by the people who move it — and they keep most of what they earn.

Who is part of the network

All of us. Pick your door.

HUBIX only works because it's made of people. Start where you fit — we'll take it from there.

For shops

You sell. We deliver.

Keep selling on WhatsApp and social — that's where your customers already are. You pack the parcel; a Connector picks it up, so you never leave the counter.

A clear record of every order — delivered and collected.

I run a shop

For connectors

You're already on the move.

Riders, tuk-tuk drivers, people taking the bus or train down the coast — if you're already going that way, carry a parcel with you and keep most of what you earn.

Paid every Friday, 12:00.

I want to carry

Send a parcel

Send it the honest way.

No cash at the door. Your parcel travels to a Hub near your customer, and they collect it there — checked in, accounted for, never just left on a doorstep.

Shop owners & online shops

Corner stores and the shops that sell on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.

Connectors

Tuk-tuk, bus, train, or on foot — anyone already making the trip.

Senders & recipients

Anyone sending a parcel — and the neighbour who collects it, no account needed.

Hub owners with space

A little storage and fixed hours turns your place into a neighbourhood Hub.

How it becomes real

The first concrete step

The pilot starts on the south coast.

The whole idea is island-wide — but a network earns its trust one corridor at a time. So we begin where we can be there in person: Galle and the south coast. Join the first cohort — we're onboarding shops and connectors on the south coast now.
