We built HUBIX for one reason: to help people earn on their own. Not to hand out favours — to give ordinary people a way to make money with what they already have. A shop with a free shelf. A driver already on the road. We connect them, and everyone earns. This is the heart of what we do — and we're looking for the person who carries it onto the street.
The mission
Where you walk, the network grows.
Build HUBIX's network on the ground, from zero, along the south-coast corridor around Galle. Sign up shops as Hubs and sign up people already on the move as Connectors — in person, face to face, the way trust is really built here. You are the warm, honest face of HUBIX on the street.
Who we're looking for
You, if this sounds like you.
- ✓You are local, and you know the corridor — the shops, the drivers, the shortcuts, the people.
- ✓You speak Sinhala, and you speak it the way the street speaks it.
- ✓People trust you. You're known as someone who keeps their word.
- ✓You'd rather be out among shopkeepers and tuk-tuk drivers than behind a desk.
- ✓You start things on your own. Nobody has to push you out the door.
- ✓You're honest — you'd rather say a true "no" than a comfortable "yes".
- ✓You can win both sides: a shop owner and a driver, in the same afternoon.
- ✓You believe in helping people earn for themselves — and in building something that belongs to Sri Lanka.
What you'll do
The work, plainly.
- 1Walk the corridor. Meet shop owners and drivers where they are, in person — the first contact is always human.
- 2Explain HUBIX simply: shops become Hubs, drivers become Connectors, and everyone earns from parcels that already move.
- 3Sign them up and get them active — not just a name on a list, but a Hub that takes its first parcel and a Connector who carries their first run.
- 4Keep them engaged. Check back, answer questions, keep people warm so the network stays alive.
- 5Record every contact you make, so we can see the network grow and know where to build next.
- 6Be the person who makes both sides feel they're joining something real.

About HUBIX
HUBIX LOGISTICS (PVT) LTD is Sri Lanka's person-to-person delivery network. We're not a fleet of vans. Shops are our Hubs, and people already on the move are our Connectors — a parcel is dropped at a shop, carried by someone already going that way, and picked up at a shop near its destination. No cash at the door. We move, we earn. Every parcel that arrives makes the network stronger — this isn't charity, it's a network that grows with each delivery and makes Sri Lanka a little more independent from outside delivery services. Our pilot runs on the south coast in Q4 2026, and we're building it in person, the way trust is built here.
